So, what is ELDOA?
ELDOA stands for Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretches—a series of precise postural exercises aimed at creating space within specific joints in the body. These movements help decompress the spine, improve joint alignment, increase circulation, reduce pain, rehydrate spinal discs, enhance muscle tone, and improve posture.
